Add and manage branches

Branches define pickup locations, opening hours, and the operating scope for branch-assigned staff.

Add a branch

   Open Settings, then Branches.

   Choose Add Location.

   Enter Name and Address, and set the location through Select on Map or coordinates.

   Set Opening time and Closing time, or enable Always Open only when it accurately applies.

5. 5

   Save the branch and review it in the active location list.

Manage branch state

• Use Active to make the branch available.
• Use Temporarily On Hold to pause it.
• Edit its location or hours when operating information changes.
• Delete only after confirming the correct branch is selected.
