Use pickup ordering

Pickup lets a customer collect an order from an active branch instead of entering a delivery address.

Choose pickup

   Select Pickup during checkout.

   Choose a branch from the available pickup locations.

3. 3

   Review the branch and order details, then place the order.

4. 4

   Follow the order until it reaches Ready, then use the restaurant’s pickup instructions.

Branch availability

The pickup list depends on active branch settings. Disabling a branch or setting it to Temporarily On Hold can affect customer availability.
