How delivery works

When Delivery is selected, the customer needs a valid address. The platform uses the address location and restaurant distance and fee settings before creating the order.

Customer steps

   Choose Delivery during checkout.

   Select a saved address or add a new one and set its location.

3. 3

   Review the delivery fee, total, and minimum order if one applies.

   Place the order and follow its status from the account.

Restaurant follow-up

Order details show customer and address information and a map link when available. After it is ready, a delivery order can move to Out for delivery and then Completed.
