Find a customer
Open Customers from the dashboard or Settings, depending on the interface available to your role.
Search by name, email address, phone number, or user ID.
Open the correct result after matching more than one detail when names are similar.
Profile information
- Access & Branch and user information.
- Saved addresses.
- Latest or recent orders.
- Current cart.
- Available app and device information.
Account controls
An owner or full-administration role can disable or restore access and remove user data through the available controls. A branch manager cannot assign the Owner role and remains limited to their branch.
