View order history

Order history is available in the customer experience, while management can find previous orders under Done and All.

Customer history

   Sign in to the customer account.

   Open the orders area.

3. 3

   Select an order to review items, totals, current status, and fulfillment details.

Management history

1. 1

   Open Orders.

2. 2

   Use Done for completed and cancelled orders, or All for every order.

3. 3

   Open an order to review items, totals, customer, address, and status events.
