Configure loyalty points

The restaurant can make loyalty points visible and redeemable from Store Settings.

Enable the program

1. 1

   Open Settings, then Store Settings.

   Enable Loyalty Points.

3. 3

   Set Points equal to $1 to define the redemption conversion shown in settings.

   Save and test with a signed-in customer account.

Earning points

One point is awarded for each whole unit of the order total, once only when the order reaches Completed. Points are not awarded before completion.

Redeeming points

At checkout, a signed-in customer can use the available balance according to the conversion rate. Redeemed points cannot exceed the order value, and the balance is restored if order creation fails after deduction.
