Send a push notification

Push Notifications can send an immediate message to all customers or one user. This article does not describe scheduling because the current management interface sends immediately.

Compose the notification

   Open Settings, then Push Notifications.

   Write the notification title and body.

3. 3

   Optionally upload an image or provide an image URL when appropriate.

   Choose the audience: All customers or one user.

5. 5

   Review the content, then send the notification.

Optional image

The interface recommends a 16:9 image under 3MB. Verify the image and its link before sending.
