Ordavya uses a fixed set of statuses to communicate order progress.
What each status means
- Pending — the order has arrived and awaits restaurant review.
- Confirmed — the restaurant has accepted the order.
- Preparing — preparation has started.
- Ready — the order is ready for the next step or pickup.
- Out for delivery — a delivery order is on its way.
- Completed — fulfillment is finished.
- Cancelled — the order has been cancelled.
Where statuses appear
- New: Pending orders.
- Ongoing: Confirmed, Preparing, Ready, and Out for delivery.
- Done: Completed and Cancelled.
- All: every status.
